Passive use: to maximize foot recovery
  • Before training: 5 to 10 minutes to prepare and activate your feet.
  • After training: 15 to 30 minutes to release tension and support recovery.
  • Frequency: Up to 2–3 times per day, not exceeding a total of 90 minutes daily.
  • Tip: Always use while resting-do not walk while wearing them.
Active Use: improve your step
  • Preparation: 10 to 15 minutes of passive use to release accumulated tension in your feet.
  • Action: 20 to 40 minutes of walking with your StarFeet on to balance weight distribution and activate natural walking mechanisms.
  • Frequency: Up to 1–2 times per day, not exceeding a total of 120 minutes daily.
  • Tip: Always use them on firm, safe surfaces.
Strengthening
  • Preparation: 10 to 15 minutes of passive use + 20 to 30 minutes of walking with your StarFeet on.
  • Action: Perform exercises 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 as shown below.
  • Frequency: 3 to 4 times per week.
  • Tip: Use should always be progressive-never apply maximum force.
